Chanter

Chanter is a music editor that uses Gregorian Chant notation. This is a notation that predates Modern musical notation. It was used to record chant music of the Church. Chanter 0.9.3 Released Print Preview now shows correct paper size. Added support for margins. Rearranged the buttons in the note input bar. Added notes for Whitespace & recitation. Natural and flat are now notes and not modifiers. Some cleanup when running in-place-activated. Some cleanup when enabling/disabling text. Cleaned up unused IDs in resource.h.
