COMET STRIKE

Comet Strike is a VR game of Tetris, but they cannot call it Tetris. Instead of looking upwards to play it, you slide the pieces across a virtual board as if you were playing on a table hockey table. A dull game brought back to life Comet Strike is simply a game of Tetris, but it is set in a 3D virtual world and it has a different name. The developers have really tried hard to make the virtual environment look exciting—and they have succeeded. The surrounding visuals make the whole environment more exciting, and yet somehow they do not distract you from the game in hand. It is almost as if the game starts with the same premise and game mechanic as Tetris, but it evolves and grows as you play it to become a more rounded and tactical puzzle game. You get things such as power ups that cause the blocks to act in a different way when you use them. Comet Strike is surprisingly good The reason why Comet Strike is surprisingly good is because one expects such a simple game to be terrible. But, if you start the game expecting a jazzy version of Tetris, then you will not be disappointed. It starts out like a dull game of regular Tetris, but as you learn more about the game and as you learn about power ups, the game becomes more interesting and action-packed. The added features help to stop the game becoming boring. Sadly, avid players will have the game beat over a weekend. The game is groaning for more content.
