Behold the Kickmen isa football game with a twist: namely, that it is almost nothing like football as we know it! Billed as a take on football that will appeal to people with no love of the sport, it parodies football capture while offering a playable game in its own right.Football as You Have Never Seen it BeforeBehold the Kickmen puts you in charge of an up-and-coming football team. You will start off right at the bottom of the `Big Boring Football Spreadsheet`, but if you play the game with skill, you will make your way up through the ranks and enter football history. But be warned that these will not be your typical football matches: indeed, Behold the Kickmen makes a point out of getting nearly every rule of the sport wrong.Do You Have What it Takes to be a Premier Kickman?Part of the fun of Behold the Kickmen is figuring out how the redesigned football works. Here, the Offside Rule means that there is a place on the side of the pitch where the players must never run. The story mode is a ridiculous parody of football culture, hooliganism and all.
