You may have mixed feelings about the HD side of this game. If you played the game years ago, it is going to look very similar to how you remember it. However, the new HD version is definitely sharper than the older version, and the colours are a little nicer too.You probably won’t buy this game because of the HD remasterBuy the Resident Evil 1 HD remaster or the Final Fantasy X/X2 HD remaster and you get good value for money because you can clearly see a massive difference compared to the original versions. You will not be bowled over by the high definition with Age of Empires II: HD Edition. If you are going to buy it, then buy it because you enjoyed the original game all those years ago and you want to smash online players or work your way through the campaigns again.
