Description - Wordz
Wordz is an easy to use, totally FREE, full featured word processing application for the Windows PC platform. I have designed Wordz particularly for students and especially for those who may not have access to Microsoft Office at home.
Wordz is really Compact (less than 2Mb) and does not require any special installation, so in that respect, Wordz can be installed onto a flash-drive and run from there, making it 100% portable.
Wordz Documents are saved using Rich Text Format (RTF) and are 100% compatible with Microsoft Office and WordPad.
In addition to an easy-to-use interface, Wordz comes with advanced features such as Spell checking and Live Spell Checking (where a squiggly red line is placed under words). Right-Clicking the offending word will bring up a menu of suggestions from the dictionaries for you to choose from etc. Wordz comes with a number of dictionaries (British English, American English, French, German and Spanish) which could help with foreign languages homework. Setting language options is really simple and you can have multiple dictionaries open at the same time.
