You may define the Project name, the Customer you are referring to and the Provider (the Company you are working for). This information will be automatically inserted within the generated Excel Gantt Chart, clearly visible when printing the document.
Three different Estimations Setups
Ballpark Figure provides a generic Project estimation based on the PM days per week (which are the 20% of the overall effort).
Design to Cost allows to define a top effort which has to be achieved and not surpassed.
Best Practice creates the estimation of an ideal Project.
Timeline Details
A Project may be defined through a Start Date and an End Date, where only Business Days are considered. Given the Estimation Setup the system provides the average FTE at a glance. Depending on the Template Culture, days are expressed from Mon to Fri (West) or Sun to Thu (M. East).
