Overtime
Weekly and Daily Rules For weekly rules, you decide what day your pay week begins. For both, you specify how many hours Elapse before Overtime or Double-Time earnings kick in.

Exceptions
"Exception" is the industry term for an error in the time card. Most likely, this is simply a missed punch on the part of the employee. The software displays a Flag for any pay period that has an exception. A flag is also displayed in the employee list to help identify any employees who have any exceptions. This makes exceptions easy to identify and resolve.

Edits and Adjustments
RealTime Standard uses a Punch Editing screen that allows you to modify, add, or remove any punches necessary. You will appreciate that FACT that RealTime Standard provides instant feedback of the calculated totals during the edit process. In addition, you have the ability to make a timecard adjustment for any employee.

Holidays
Enter the desired PAID holidays and RealTime will automatically generate PTO (Paid Time Off) for employees when the holiday date arrives.

Departments
Assign each employee to a department and then use that department information in your reports and exports.

Reports
Several reports are designed into RealTime Standard, including Time Cards, Early / Late, Approaching Overtime and several others. Reports can be filtered based on employee, department or shift selections.

Exports
Built in exports include QuickBooks, PayPlus, SLS Triad, PayChex and others. Besides exports that are formatted for a specific payroll product, RealTime Standard can Create a comma separated text file as well, so that you can make manipulate it yourself for your own payroll software.
