Account Xpress

Account Xpress is a personal finance software loaded with features designed to help you manage your money easily and efficiently. Track and reconcile transactions for virtually any kind of account (credit cards, savings, checking, credit line, cash, etc.). Budget management is made easy with the help of user-defined Income and Expense budget categories, budget projections, and budget versus actual comparison reports. A tree view structure similar to what you are used to see in Windows Explorer gives you access the the information you need quickly and easily. Features include presentation of a global Cash Flow picture, calculation of net income over any given period of time, two distinct methods for managing your budget, transaction splitting into many accounts and/or budget categories, transaction schedules, transaction templates, support for multi-currencies, unlimited number of budget category levels, numerous charts and reports related to your financial and budget activities. What`s New in Version 3 New transaction modelIn addition to simple Income, Expense and Transfer transactions, you can now Create more Complex split transactions. For example, you can have many accounts and many categories together involved in a single split transaction, also called an advanced transaction. Transaction SchedulesWith version 3, you can now create recurring (scheduled) transactions that are generated automatically at a preset time or on demand at any time. By Default, transactions generated by a transaction schedule will appear underlined in their respective transaction list until marked as accepted. Transaction TemplatesYou can now set transaction templates that you can then use to quickly create transactions that recur at irregular intervals such as a dinner at your favorite restaurant. Budget ProjectionsIn previous versions of Account Xpress, budget figures were entered as averages (i.e. so much per month for this, so much per week for that, etc.)
