PhleXss MailDaemon

PhleXss MailDaemon is a powerful email-handler which runs as a Windows service and uses Microsoft Outlook as the mail-engine to automatically scan and proces all your emails. With MailDaemon you can setup one or more "Mailboxes" which are connected to a Microsoft Outlook "profile". In a Mailbox you can setup "Tasks" which will do the actual email-handling. Each Task can Monitor one or more specific Outlook Folders or the Default Inbox. Use powerful regular-expressions to setup filters to proces only those emails you want. You can setup filters for Sender-name, sender-emailaddress, message subject and attachment filename(s). Only those messages that match the filters will be processed. Matching messages can be exported to your file-system (including attachments), copied to other Outlook folders, forwarded to a recipient-list, moved to another Outlook folder and a notify message can be sent. Each Task can be scheduled to only run a certain days of the week and/or certain hours of the day. MailDaemon runs as a full Windows Service which allows the application to run unattended and without the need to have your server logged on. Extensive logging allows you to view in detail everything thats going on. Optionally all transactions can also be logged to a database through an ODBC connection. MailDaemon consists of three programs: Configuration Manager, used to manage your Mailboxes and Tasks and all other settings and to view the logging Monitor, small program which quickly displays the status of the MailDaemon Service Service, the actual email-handler which runs as a windows-service
