Motion Filter

This filter allows the user to specify an arbitrary pan, zoom, and rotation to a section of video. This is Similar to the motion effect in Adobe Premire, but produces better quality results, paticularly on large zooms. It also is able to pan with sub-pixel accuracy, allowing much smoother pans than other pan filters.
