Announcement Editor

This program was created to make the Process of editing and displaying school announcements more efficient. A user can edit announcements and then display them over a closed circuit television system. While creating this program I expanded my skills with the Win32 API. I also learned how to Create custom Win32 Window controls (the list on the left side of the editor application is a custom window class that I developed for this project).
