GiPo@WindowManager

A set of utilities for Windows that provide additional window management services, Windows desktop and task bar management. The user can hide windows, make windows transparent, switch windows into the `always on top` mode, etc. Utilities can be integrated into shell. The program allows to hide window, make window transparent and SWITCH WINDOW into the `always on top` mode. The user can manage the Explorer task bar and any window of a started applications. The GiPo@WindowManager puts the icon to the Explorer system tray.The program can be configured to start on the Windows startup.
