Cycle counter

Cycle counter has been designed to reduce the time and associated costs related to cycle counting and stock consignment. Its intuitive menu system means anyone can start to use the system as soon as it is installed. Once set up, Cycle counter can be used with a Barcode scanner and laptop to complete your cycle count in a fraction of the time that a paper based systems uses. Customisable barcode rules can be set up to extract a product code from a barcode, enabling Cycle counter to be used with any product with a barcode. In addition, utilising barcode technology, Cycle counter reduces the possibility of erroneous data being collected. Your completed cycle count, once exported, can be sent to customers or office staff via E-mail for immediate action or approval. It can be manipulated by using a spreadsheet application, used for reporting or auditing purposes, compared with other exported files or uploaded in to a higher level system. Cycle counter has the abaility to Create `dummy` audit files, these can be used to compare expected consignment quantities against the stock audited during the cycle count process.
