Desktop Launcher quickly starts up any item on the desktop or run menu. Features:Runs quietly as a `Star` icon on the system tray. Can be activated by a programmable Function Key. Start applications on the desktop without needing to use the mouse. Includes items from the most recently run application list. Click on the star to display the list of desktop items and click on the item to run it. Freeware !
