TaskLight is the easy way to manage your projects and tasks

TaskLight is divided into three different views: Projects View, Tasks View and Completed View. Each View shows your tasks in a different way...Projects View shows all your projects in alphabetical order. Projects may have sub-projects, for example in the screenshot Administration has sub-projects Bills and Purchases. By clicking on a project its tasks are shown, in the order in which they need to be done. In the screenshot the very important Lunch project is highlighted and its tasks are shown. Tasks may be moved up and down the order using the arrow buttons on the toolbar. Projects and tasks can be created, modified and deleted only from the Projects View.Tasks View shows all the current tasks, from across all projects. All the top level tasks are shown together, then all the second level ones, and so on. So you know at once what tasks you need to work on to make sure that all your projects are progressed.Completed View shows all the completed tasks. These are removed from the Projects and Tasks view when you Mark them as completed and are shown here instead. In the screenshot we have completed one task from the Bills project and one from the Lunch project. As the Completed View becomes too full you can archive old tasks out of the system. By specifying a cut off date - by Default 30 days ago - TaskLight will remove old completed tasks into a CSV file. CSV files can be read by other programs, e.g. Microsoft Excel, so you always have a record
