Armadillo Mail

Armadillo Mail allows you to index all the mails received and to organize them in dynamic virtual Folders. One can trigger the indexing Process manually or at predefined time intervals automatically. If needed, the attachment files are automatically copied to a predefined folder. It is possible to include or exclude some file types. The attached files will be also indexed (when the software recognizes them) and classified (see Armadillo Doc). In this case, when one is looking for mails, the software will also display the attached files in their original format or in a text format if they were indexed. One can add Personal Notes to the mails and to the indexed attached files. Then it is possible to search the notes with the natural query language. Of course, Armadillo Mail benefits from The Power of the search engine and language which makes the reputation of the Armadillo software. In multi-user mode, Armadillo Mail allows all the authorized users to search the mails and the indexed documents.
