SMART Bills aims at creation and management of Invoices along with customer & product information quickly and easily. Supports all the features required for small- business invoicing needs: Manage multiple companies Smart Bills supports managing multiple companies in single instance. Each Company can maintain separate product and customer list. It also supports tracking customer accounts by managing payments. Each company has separate settings to be maintained for printing and tax calculations. Manage Products Smart Bills can manage different products of a company. Each product is given a unique ID. Users can identify the product by way of IDs or product names. Each product can be configured separately for taxation. Manage Customers Customer in Smart Bills is an account that maintains all the purchases made by a customer and payments made for them. It collects all the information relevant for delivery as well as billing that includes addresses, Contact Numbers and tax benefits. Statement of purchase Invoice maintains the statement of purchase of each customer. It allows customers to make partial payment for products that are put into the cart for purchasing. It does not allow creating an invoice for customers having dues above the credit limit. Payments Customers can make the payment of their purchase partially or completely. The invoices of a particular purchase can be printed using the print option. When the credit limit of a particular customer is goes beyond positive that particular customer cannot make anymore invoices until the customer clears his Balance.
