SidesWipe

SidesWipe is a DOD 5220.22M-compliant utility which provides secure clearing of deleted files and unallocated portions of a disk drive. SidesWipe prevents forensic recovery of potentially confidential or secret information that may have been contained in previously deleted files and meets the DOD standard for secure clearing of disk drives. It does nothing to harm currently existing (non-deleted) files on a disk drive.
