A simple program to compile VEM emoticon files. This lets you Create Simple Icons to replace in-Chat text, such as classic smileys or anything else you can think of. Simply choose the text to replace, and choose a small graphic to Replace It with, and the single emoticon gratis is compiled into a file that you can use or give to your friends. You can use or delete individual Emoticons without disrupting the rest of your collection!
