NaNoWriMo Meter for Firefox is a Firefox extension that helps you track whether you`re on pace to To use the extension, install it and restart your browser. After restart, you should see a new bit of text in the lower-right of your browser. Click on the text and enter your current novel word count. The extension will then calculate how many words you`re likely to have by the end of November, given your current rate of writing. If you wait and Watch It for a few minutes, the number will go down. That`s because you`re messing around with web toys instead of writing!
