This tiny program is meant to help you type non-standard International Characters with ease: 1 - Prepare a UTF-8 Encoded Text file with your character set (Turkish comes with package)To do that open a text document with notepad and type your characters one line at a timeThen click File > Save As. Then Specify the file name. Under Encoding at the bottom of the file Save Dialog specify UTF-8.2 - This will be your language file. If you place it where the program is located with the name Default.txtIt will become your default Char-set and the program will Open With this set everytime.3 - To use open your Favorite text editor, or program. Where needed click the appropriate buttons on VKA main windowThis will copy and switch back to the application you were on and paste the charater clicked4 - You can alternatively use the pre-defined hot keys instead. Locate those under Options > List hot keys5 - You can hide the program in the tray bar by right clicking on the tray bar icon. Left Click will restore Additional Notes : When creating the UTF-8 Encoded txt file, Follow these simple guidelines for ease: 1 - Make sure they are alphabetical 2 - Alternate lowercase and uppercase. That is how the shortcuts are planned
