Record BrowserMailer: utility to Process (Assemble and disassemble) files from and into records, to store/retrieve records into/from a database and to transport data/records over the Internet (written in Visual Basic). Ultimate goal: Automated HighSpeed Information Creation based on records as its basic units and also based on open standards (this will be a commercial version and written in C++)
