Subtitle Scale

This program scale subtitle file. Sometimes I download Subtitles for films and found that film and subtitle have different time scale. I don`t know why this happens. But I wrote program that can fix this situation. In subtitle you find first phrase (or second it`s doesn`t matter) and find it in film. Write down time in subtitle for this phrase and time in film. Than for last. After that you give to program subtitle file name, four found time values and run it. That`s all. Program generates scaled subtitle file for you.
