The Homeland Security Monitor is a free program that monitors the current Threat Level as Posted at http://www.whitehouse.gov/homeland/.When launched, this small executables sits in your system tray and checks the above mentioned website at five minute intervals for any change. Should a change occur since the last check, an alear will play through your system sound card.
