Drive Imager to save ENTIRE partitions section by section in a file. This type of storage saves ALL information from a file. For example, this might consist of long file names in FAT partitions.Partitions can be saved either with a 32 bit program for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000 or with a small DOS program. This DOS program can be used to restore even Complex file systems such as NTFS or FAT with long file names easily and without any problems utilizing the previously automatically created emergency disk.Another option is to control the program fully automatically via command line parameters.The program supports ALL file system to save partitions without exception.The generated images of the partitions can be stored either compressed or distributed among several files/ data carriers.Complete partitions can also be copied in their entirety (e.g., copied to another hard disk). This function is limited with some file systems.An integrated partitioner helps with the creation of required partitions if necessary.
