NetMath

NetMath is a lightweight COM component that provides core mathematical routines for Internet applications. NetMath provides functions for ASCII, hexadecimal and Decimal conversions. Network and host byte ordering functions are also provided. The component has an extensive interface for the manipulation of uniform resource locators (URLs). In addition, the component provides routines for encoding and decoding strings and files with the Base64 Algorithm. NetMath is a completely self-contained lightweight component that does not require any run-times for it`s operation.
