Progeny VR is a futuristic style game that takes place after players have died playing a different computer game. For some reason they are unable to return to their regular life and need to follow a series of clues that will help them to work out what is happening and ultimately lead to a deeper mystery that needs to be solved.Game OverIn many ways, Progeny VR is a game within a game. Because the action takes place just as a game has come to an end, players get a glimpse of that game. However, it is never actually possible to play this game and it serves as a teaser. An interesting narrative runs through the game that provides insights into what needs to be done, although it is often very difficult to work out what to do and this can be a bit frustrating at times. With it’s cool a quirky concept, Progeny VR is sure to appeal to a wide range of different types of gamers. However, it should be noted that a VR headset is required in order to join in the fun and anyone who has not paid out for one will have to sit this adventure out.
