Movie To GIF

Movie To GIF is a file conversion app that can make movie files, or parts of movie files if spliced, into GIFs. The most common video file formats, such as AVI and MPEG, can all be converted into GIFs with this app. There are even a few filters with which to change the colour of the GIFs, though nothing quite as fancy as some other apps offer. The app almost exclusively allows conversion of files into GIFs, not other animated formats, making it a more specialized converter.
