Add shutdown pannel with :
- shutdown, restart, sleep
- Logout, Lock, switch user
- task MANAGER, system, applications wizard
initialy made for windows 8 because of lack of shutdown options on Start Screen, work on any windows version > XP
right clic on the exe : "Pin to Start" to add it to windows 8 start screen.
drag the exe to the taskbar to add it to the taskbar
