Description - Taskbar Timer
Taskbar Timer is a simple countdown alarm that nicely sits in you system tray.
The timer can be configured via command line parameters which makes it very convenient to Create Shortcuts for Default timing tasks such as "Coffee is ready", "water bubbling", etc. There are three preset timers for 1 minute, 10 minuts and 1 hour which roughly behave like a microwave timer. e.g. to set the timer to 32 minutes you need only press three times the 10 minutes button and 2 times the 1 minute button.
When you start Taskbar Timer, an indicator icon appears on your windows system tray. When you click on the Tray Icon a pop-up menu appears. All program functions, including the setup dialog box, are accessible from this popup menu. Starting the timer can be as simple as a mouse click on the menu. When the timer gets off a notification popup window appears and a configurable alarm sound is played.
The program is created and tested for Windows XP, Windows Vista and Windows seven, but it will most probably work in other windows versions as well.
