We offer for your consideration a software named `Dmitry Vengerovsky catalogue of postage stamps`, which will enable stamp collectors to gather and put in catalogues post stamps of the USSR dedicated to nature issues.

Topical or thematic stamp collecting is a fast-growing area in the philatelic world. Our program offers a great choice of opportunities for the users: software has English and Russian interface and data base; general theme - nature is subdivided into several sections: flowers, cranberries, birds, fish and so on; every stamp has a color illustration which makes it possible to get acquainted with its subject in detail; the program is capable of rotating the image, and reduce or enlarge the image; stamps are shown individually or by sets;

a detailed description of every stamp is stored in the database. It consists of the following sections: set; design; country; face value; issued; color; watermark; surcharge; group (tete-beche, alternating label and so on); print; paper; perforation; size; cIRCulation; stamps are referenced by: CPA (`Souzpechat`), `Standard-Collection`, `Scott`, `Michel`, `Yvert et Tellier`.

Our program enables you to generate your personal collection catalogue easy and convenient. To achieve this you need to select the corresponding line in the database. Buttons `Add Unused` and `Add Used` will enable you to place your stamps in catalogue. The condition and status of every stamp can be changed or indicated, or notes and even proper image with peculiarities added.

Software is capable of not only placing in catalogue individually every stamp that you have but to Mark separately stamps for sale as well as to create the list of stamps to be found. Use tabs `Own`, `For Sale` and `Want` to view or edit the indicated tables you. You can delete a stamp from the catalogue of private collection.
