It is portable, so extracting is all it takes to run the program. Both the console version and the GUI version have the same amount of features.
The program allows for easy 1 click backup of Folders and files, either zipped up, or with additional encryption.
AES is used as the encryption Algorithm with 128 bit key strength.
The program also supports automated (1 click) restore of backed up files.
Backups will be placed in the target directory and will be sorted by date. Each day, a folder with the format YYYY_MM_DD is created, which contains the backups of that day. If multiple backups are made per day, a counter will be appended to the directory name.
