Mortgage Calculator P for Windows 8

The Mortgage Calculator P calculates the monthly payment and total Interest payed for a 2 mortgages while illustrating the time to pay off the mortgages as well as the principle and interest payed for each payment. A Graph PaGE is available to graphically compare the two mortgages and a live updating mouse event shows data at individual points in the repayment period for detailed comparison. A ".csv" (Comma Separated Excel File) file can also be saved that contains the amortization data for each payment over the lifetime of the loan that can be imported into excel. This tool is very useful for home buyers and planners and allows detailed comparison of two mortgages at once. The Graph is great for visually illustrating how different interest rates and additional payments affect the total amount payed.
