This app stays hidden in tray and periodically pops up (a small form in the bottom left corner) to notify that you need to rest while also displaying the time remaining to rest, when the resting time has elapsed it hides back to tray.

other things:

- while app is hidden in tray you can double click it and it will pop up showing you working time remaining, double click again on the tray and it will hide
- clicking on the popup will hide it
- hovering the Tray Icon will show the state working/resting and time remaining
- working and resting time are configurable in application configuration file.
