Description - Phone Call Xpress
Phone Call xPress is a Contact Manager and telephone dialer with optional Caller ID support. Making calls just got a whole lot easier.
Organize names, numbers, addresses, and other information in user-defined groups, and dial numbers using a standard data/fax modem. Phone Call Xpress is integrated with the Windows Dialing Properties. This gives you automatic number formatting according to local or user-defined dialing rules.
If you have a Caller ID capable modem, Phone Call Xpress can display a callers name and number in a pop-up window. Other program features include:
- Click2Call Dialing - If you have telephone service with Vonage, Phone Call Xpress can make use of their Click2Call feature to place phone calls. No computer modem is required, just an Internet connection.
- Clipboard Dialing - Easily dial a phone number from any application by copying it to the clipboard, and then pressing a hot-key.
- Auto-Hang-Up - Automatically hang up on Blocked calls, Out of Area calls, and other unwanted callers. Your phone will only ring once. Or simply click the "Reject" button to hang up on any incoming call.
- Caller Look-Up - When a call comes in, simply click a button on the pop-up Caller ID Window to jump Straight to the caller`s contact information.
In addition to modem dialing and Click2Call dialing, Phone Call Xpress can also place calls for compatible office PABX systems and VoIP phone systems.
Phone Call Xpress has a clean interface that is easy to use. It installs a Tray Icon on your taskbar so it is out of the way until you need it. This icon can flash to let you know if new calls were logged while you were away. Missed calls can be easily returned right from the call log.
