TreeDis is a small, simple, C++ console application designed to find the Patristic distances Between all taxa in a phylogenetic tree.
The input file is a treefile in New Hampshire (Default) or Njtree file format. The output is a full patristic distance Matrix (default) or an upper-right / lower-left matrix.
