String Library for C

"String Library for C" is a project to develop a third party String library for C programming language. This library is going to have a Java-like String library which will provide flexibility for programmers to manipulate strings. Besides, this library may also help developers to reduce work and time without having to depend on standard C libraries which are not powerful enough.
