SimplePics

SimplePics is a simple Windows application that you can use to watermark images with text. All you have to do is open a file, select font, text size, opacity, text color and the image to work on from the drop-down menu. Then click on the Set button to open Canvas to view the picture. You can pan and manually position watermark text on Canvas. Finally, choose Export to save a final watermarked picture.
