Customer Perspective Your customers browse to your own web page with the SimpleHelp customer client embedded. They enter their Details and accept a disclaimer (all optional and configurable) and are then asked to wait for a technician. Technician Perspective Your technicians browse to a similar page to see a frequently updated list of waiting customers along with any details about them. Your technician then selects a customer and joins their session to gain full control of their computer. Your technician can now text-Chat to the remote customer, see their screen, use their mouse and keyboard and transfer files Back and Forth.
