BuddyBudget

BuddyBudget is a program to develop professional budgets organized in items and activities that groups materials and labors or services suitable for building, design, serial lines, research, manufacturers, laboratories, farming, etc., running in Microsoft Windows systems. It`s organized into a Project. Each Project may contain several Budgets, which can hold several Items. Items contains Activities, which finally contains materials as well as other activities on it. Each material into a Project has a Quantity, three numerical factors that affect the Quantity, Price, and Total. Additionaly it allows a Laws numerical value which is meaningful for some kind of projects only, which gives the ability to treat some materials as labors with a percent of the total added as a special tax or social laws. The amount added to the total as social laws is defined as a fixed percent for each Budget into the Project. The sum of the Total and Laws of all the Materials into an Activity, defines the Price of this activity, which in turn can be multiplied for a Quantity to get the Total value of this Activity. It goes up for the Items, which are the sum of all the activities on it, as well as with the Budget and finally the whole Project. Buddy Budget Application program allow to Copy and Paste elements from one place to another, inside the project or to another Project. It also allows to drag and drop. Each project can be saved in an individual file, in a propietary format or in a text file that can be easily pasted into another program like Microsoft Excel. Each project can be send to Microsoft Excel with formulas for the numbers and styles for the texts, if Microsoft Excel is properly installed in the computer. Each project can also be printed in several formats to analize it. The reports includes an Unitary Price Analisis, a Detailed list of the Materials and a Global report, as well as other reports.
