Living Trust

A legal arrangement used in estate planning that provides for the management and distribution of your property (after passing away). Revocable and amendable by you during your lifetime. Transfers property to another person, called the "trustee," who holds the property for the benefit of another person, called the "beneficiary" (your children). Useful in providing children with a fund for education or other specific planning purposes.
