MouseDots

I made this utility because I had a problem positioning the Aircraft location in the ScenegenX Program, but can be used anytime.It`s not common that one needs such a utility but it might come in handy. Dots are created on the screen on top of all other windows and these dots MOVE around with the mouse. Adjustments can be made to the dots:The colourThe position relative to the mouse pointerThe size of the dotsThe number of dots 1, 2, 3, or 4These settings can be saved and given a name so one can have different settings for different programs as required.
