Nautipolis for Thunderbird

Nautipolis for Thunderbird 2.0 and 3.0: based on icons from art.GNOME.org. Includes full support for Lightning 0.8 (and Provider for Google Calendar version 0.4). Note: Lightning 0.9pre is not compatible as they changed the bindings to a different location. Within TB, select Tools/Addons, and then `Install`. Find the jarfile on your disk, and click open. TB should then install it. Restart TB to complete the installation. Note: drag&drop from a File Explorer window or even the `Install Now` Link in Firefox into the Tools/Addons window also works! Note: my themes all try to support both the TB 2.0 and 3.0 release, allowing one to keep this theme, even when running TB2 and 3 next to each other. It does also mean however that the theme is being updated for the coming TB3.0 release.
