SmartLog Industrial Weighment

SmartLog is a simple, user-friendly software application used for conveyor/desktop weighment automation and databasing. Applications include weighment and production logging of yarns, used clothes, Silk, chemicals, flowers, cabling, laminates, fasteners, Compost, food etc. Built in filter configuration allows you to use this in conveyorized weighments, where the weight data fluctuates heavily. Smarlog application can be used in networked multi-site, multi-stage weighment by using indicators with Ethernet interface. Totally unmaned weighment logging is possible with Smartlog. How does it work? Consider Yarn production weighment. OperaTor uses a bobbin/bin or Box of known weight to weigh yarn. The tare weight of different bins/boxes will be stored in the database. Smartlog will calculate the net-weight, store it in the database and print a weight ticket or sticker. Built in reports will display production at different levels. Interface options to higher end ERP applications for interfacing with weighing scale is provided. Smartlog can be best utilized as a core module for various other applications in weighment like packaging, conveyer systems, filling systems etc. We also offer RF ID based automation and control with Smartlog.
