Sandcastle HelpRegister

HelpRegister is a free Microsoft Help 2.0 registration tool, which can be used for registering, unregistering and opening the registered help files for viewing. - HtmlHelp 1.x format. This is included in the main package.- Sample: The sample is the documentation in the HtmlHelp 2.x format with Help 2.0 collection files, a configuration file, HelpRegister.exe tool and Batch files to run the tool.- Builder Tool: The help files and the collection files are created using the Sandcastle Helpers library, which is being updated to generate the configuration and batch files.
