Description - EasyService Help Desk



"EasyService Help Desk" - is a system for registration and watching users` requests and questions in the local network. Let`s suppose that user of the local network has some problems or questions which he is going to send to IT-staff or to administrator. By means of program-client he creates request, which goes to the server. Chief administrator/Dispatcher receives notification about received request and examines it. He can appoint Performer and redirect request to him. Performer in his turn receives notification about it. Administrator can delete Notifications, send it to performers or change status, and performer just can change status. User who sent request, has opportunity to look through changing of request status, which has information about date of the Execution of request, about performer, answer to the question or prepared solutions (file attachments). The main set of functions: - Registration and watching users` requests in network TCP/IP (remote accesses support);- There are 3 levels of the requests descriptions: general name, accurate definition and detailed description;- Editing database. There is ability to make changes in requests` descriptions and creating personal structure of requests;- Client-server technology (three program modules). Clients are users of network. Server it is the main administrator or dispatcher who receives requests and complaints from users;- Authorization;- 4 types program
