Transparent Context Menu

Transparent Context Menus makes pretty much all context menus transparent. desktop right click menus, File menus... unless id an app is an older app, or makes use of a different method of drawing a menu, it should be transparent. This is a good alt for those with out Aero, or is still running XP. It sits in your taskbar tray, a click will bring up the options, clicking the "X" will close out the program. Unlike how the TransTaskBar is a run once app, this has to stay resident. I am debating merging this app and TransTaskbar together to be one app.
