IniLauncher

This Little utility allows you to run almost any Windows program and open any shell window using the rules defined in an ini file. This usually necessary when you have to run only a single exe file and have no chance to set parameters for it Usually this program useful when you want to replace some hard-coded software that launches one particular exe-file. In order to show something unusual (for example My Computer folder or active browser with some site) one can use IniLauncher. How It Works This program being runned tries to find the ini file IniLauncher.ini and according to some simple rules decides what to run next. After that it silently ends. There`s no limit in what can be executed, it can be browser, My Computer folder, Control Panel folder or Mobility Center. Some of the rules are already exists in the bundled ini file and any can be appended by the user.
