Oggifier

Oggifier is a Windows frontend for the Ogg Vorbis encoder, decoder, VorbisGain and Tag.exe. The Ogg Vorbis command-line encoder and decoder (and vorbisgain) are needed to make things work. The encoder is available from www.vorbis.com. You can download the decoder (oggdec.exe) and vorbisgain (vorbisgain.exe) from Rarewares. Tag.exe is required if you want to add Ogg comments to the encoded files. It is also available from Rarewares.
