Port Monitor ActiveX Component

Since we already have a Port Scanner listed on the website, we decided to expand things by making and Active x component that can scan ports and be used to monitor ports. It was originally intended to monitor ports, but we decided to expand it`s capabilities by allowing it to scan ports as well. Since there has been sometimes that we have has to script things for solutions, this was a easy way to help monitor systems.
